Privacy policy
Short and without the legalese: what I collect, why, for how long, and what you can do about it.

Who processes your data
The controller of data submitted through the contact form is TODO — company name, address, VAT ID, contact: TODO — email.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself:
- first name (required),
- email address (required),
- company name and phone number (optional),
- your message and the selected scope of work.
I never ask for special category data, and I would ask you not to put any into the message.
Why, and on what basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The basis is your consent given by ticking the box on the form — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — and, once we start agreeing terms, steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who it is shared with
This site is hosted on Netlify, which also handles form submissions. That means the content of your enquiry reaches Netlify's servers and may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify states that it relies on standard contractual clauses as the basis for such transfers.
Beyond that I share the data with nobody — I do not sell it, do not use it for marketing and do not profile anyone.
How long it is kept
Correspondence about enquiries that did not lead to a project is deleted after TODO — e.g. 12 months. Where a project does go ahead, records are kept for the period required by tax law.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies, uses neither Google Analytics nor advertising pixels, and shows no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from the same server as the page, so your browser contacts no third-party provider when you open it.
If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated and consent collected beforehand.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time — one message is enough and I will confirm the deletion. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
