Websites · photography · video

Your site, photos and video from one person.

I build the complete online presence for small businesses: a fast site with no WordPress, real photography instead of stock, and short video that works on the page and on social media alike.

  • Live in two to three weeks
  • No subscription to edit your own text
  • I shoot the photos and video myself
What I do

Three jobs usually done by three different people

Most businesses order the site from one supplier, the photos from another and the video from a third — and nothing quite matches afterwards. Here it is one set, in one visual language.

01

Websites

Static HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no WordPress, no plugins, no monthly updates. The page loads in a fraction of a second and there is no admin panel to attack.

  • Up to four pages
  • Full SEO and structured data
  • Contact form with GDPR consent
  • A guide to editing it yourself
02

Photography

I come to you, shoot your space, products and team, then edit and prepare everything for the site. No more stock libraries where someone else's staff is smiling.

  • Session at your premises
  • Editing and cropping
  • WebP format for speed
  • A matching set for social media
03

Video

A short loop for the homepage plus vertical cuts for Instagram and TikTok — all compressed so it never costs you loading speed.

  • Loop in the page header
  • Three vertical cuts
  • Subtitles and a silent version
  • Poster frame and fallback
Work

Three projects, three entirely different characters

These are concept projects — the businesses are fictional and the copy was written for the portfolio. What is real is the scope and the build quality: each one has its own typography, palette and section layout.

Lumière homepage — dark hero with a dessert photograph and a serif headline

Lumière — dessert studio

  • Serif type
  • Dark palette
  • Menu with prices
  • 4 pages

An elegant, warm patisserie site with a full menu, gallery and a custom cake order form. The mood of a Parisian workshop — serif typeface, chocolate browns and gold.

Mobile PageSpeed: 99–100 points across all four categories.

Velour homepage — light hero with an arch-shaped portrait

Velour — beauty salon

  • Light palette
  • Arch portrait
  • Review carousel
  • Full price list

A hair and beauty salon with a categorised price list, team profiles and a mosaic gallery. Deliberately built as the inverse of Lumière — light background, different section order, different type.

PageSpeed: a full 100 points on all four pages.

H&A Renovations homepage — dark hero with a before and after slider

H&A Renovations — building firm

  • Before/after slider
  • Quote calculator
  • Project gallery
  • WhatsApp

A renovation crew's site with an interactive before-and-after comparison, a rough cost calculator and WhatsApp contact — the way this trade actually works.

How it works

From first call to a finished site

  1. Day 1

    Call and brief

We meet or talk. I ask about your customers, your competitors and what should happen once someone lands on the page. You get a short brief to fill in.

  2. Days 2–4

    Visual direction

I show you a typography and colour proposal plus a homepage layout sketch. We fix it there, before a single line of code exists.

  3. Week 2

    Photo and video session

If your package includes it, I come to your premises. Photos and footage are shot for specific places on the page, not the other way round.

  4. Weeks 2–3

    Build and revisions

You get a preview link and send comments. Two rounds of revisions are included in every package.

  5. Handover

    It becomes yours

Domain, hosting and analytics are set up on your account, not mine. You get written instructions and a screen recording showing how to change text and photos yourself.

About

One person, not an agency

I'm Bartek. I design and code websites for small businesses, and because I also shoot photography and edit video, I can deliver the whole set instead of subcontracting half of it.

You work with me directly — no account manager, no handing the job down the chain, no explaining everything twice.

TODO add two or three sentences about your background here

Space for your photo

Portrait orientation, around 800×1000 px. A photo of the owner measurably raises trust on a service site.

Questions

Before you ask

How long does a site take?

Usually two to three weeks once the material is complete. The biggest delay is normally waiting for text and photos from the client — which is exactly why the larger packages include me producing them.

Can I edit the text myself?

Yes. You get written instructions and a short screen recording covering how to swap text, prices and photos. The site is built so this needs no coding knowledge.

Is this WordPress?

No. I build static sites in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There are no plugins to update and no admin panel to compromise, and the page loads considerably faster.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do. We set them up on your account and I only get access for the duration of the build. If you ever want to change supplier, nothing here holds you back.

Do you shoot on location?

Yes, in Warsaw and the surrounding area. A session usually runs two to three hours and is planned around specific places on the page, so you are not left with a hundred photos that fit nowhere.

What does it cost?

The three package prices are on the Services & pricing page. Anything outside them is quoted individually after a conversation.
